Justin Cooper
Justin is the co-founder of Utah’s own Visionary Homes and brings 27 years of industry experience and expertise to the table. Prior to founding Visionary Homes, he founded Mt Sterling Custom Homes in 1997. He earned a BS in finance and a Minor in accounting at USU. Black Cedar greatly benefits from his venerable know-how and industry expertise.
Simon Kirschman
Simon has spent the last several years at Visionary Homes, working alongside Justin Cooper and others as Division President prior to forming Black Cedar Construction. Simon is a multi-time entrepreneur and a business enthusiast. He brings much varied experience in the construction and real-estate industries.
Mike Bingham
Mike co-founded Blue Diamond Capital in 2007 and partnered with Visionary Homes in 2019. He has a BS and Master’s Degree from BYU and is a certified public accountant. His extensive experience creating impressive companies is a great asset to the operation of Black Cedar Construction.
